What We Do
Sixteenth Floor Residential develops and operates mixed-income multifamily housing communities that blend affordable and market-rate units. All of our properties are Class A communities constructed within the past 15 years and operated by professional property management teams.
Residents enjoy the same quality, amenities, and service regardless of their rental tier.
Apartments serving households earning less than 50% or 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Quality homes for households earning less than 80% AMI, including essential workforce families.
A minimum of 25% of units at each community are offered at market rate to sustain true mixed-income neighborhoods.
